display driver on clients?

Hello, thank You for reply!
We have 10 users, and all of them have this problem, they have different PCs/Laptops with Windows XP/7/8 so it cannot be display driver. It has to be some problem with IBM Domino server, but display driver on Domino server doesnt matter, correct?
